Baaaaaad. Theifs. Put different pictures not related to truth on booking. Dirty place. Not working AC. Not listen to everything or any complaints take caaaaare

We booked the hotel for a week because the pictures on the internet were convincing. When we got there we were told that the hotel was fully booked and that we should cancel our trip completely through the travel provider?! We supposedly got our money back the next day. RIP OFF!!!! When we refused to cancel we were taken to a shabby replacement hotel (which you can't call a hotel). It stank, the bed linen was YELLOW! and the bathroom full of mold! At 2 a.m. we found ourselves without a hotel in Istanbul! Now the hotel refuses to give us the money back. DO NOT BOOK THESE ARE SCAMMERS!!! DESERVE 0 STARS AND SHOULD DISAPPEAR FROM ALL PLATFORMS!!!!!
