Amazing! Such a good hotel with very friendly stuff! We were there in January so it wasn’t very busy. The pool and spa facilities are great and you feel so relaxed. Breakfast is huge and you can be full all day. They clean the rooms every day and the location is very central

The staff was great, very kind and helpfull. The rooms were clean and looked decent. The rooms are very small but we didn’t mind it very much. The only remarks are the poorly looking floors that really need to get fixed or replaced and the pillows were extremely high. It would be nice if the second pillow was lower, so that guests who prefer that can make use of that one. Also the mini-bar didn’t work and on day 4 of our stay the safe suddenly stopped working. The main reason I’m writing this review is because you could literally hear every sound from outside and the other rooms. Our room was a room with the view on the pool and I think the ventilation installation was located there, so we could hear the noise it makes 24/7. Furthermore, there was this awful smell from the drainage (in the mornings especially). It did go away by itself, but now and then you just could not go inside the bathroom because of the smell. Regarding the location: 10 out of 10 and our compliments to the cleaning ladies!

The hotel is located within easy walking distance of all the main historic tourist sights within a relatively calm area of Istanbul. The hotel gives off a aura of opulence as you walk through the marbled foyer. The staff are very helpful, multi lingual and polite. My room was of a reasonable size for a solo traveler, had air conditioning, was amazingly clean and comfortable. As I had a special rate the room was great value for that area. The hotel offers various services including spa/massage treatments and air port transfers. A great hotel.
