Nice Motel room...they even came in and gave me new towels, soap too. It was quiet at night after 10pm and I was on ground floor. I'm used to my timeshare (Wyndham) but this worked excellent! 6 miles from Mecum but traffic on I92 is horrendous! I'd recommend it...good place to stay. Fridge was small but adequate....microwave too, shower was nice after a long day. I was worried bed might be too soft but had no issues with my back. Thank-you!!

This place was a great value! Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was fabulous. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. About 20 minutes from Disney. Finding the entrance was a bit confusing on the first day, but made it feel more secure. It appears that there was some flooding at one point as there was some noticeable water damage, however, this did not in any way affect my stay. Beds and pillows were comfy. The HVAC unit was a tad loud, but not disruptive. Location was very convenient to shopping and services. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a budget stay and will definitely stay again.

Overall a really enjoyable experience, and well worth the rate for what I needed. No frills, yet I never needed any and was provided a nice space with a close parking spot on the lower level. Would have enjoyed towel change more frequently, especially when I extended the stay several months in advance. Spent some time with the very thoughtful and intelligent owner and can assure you he will make sure you enjoy your stay. Great location, easy on/off major road and 15 minutes to Disney. Be prepared for a little bit longer driving time to Disney at peak traffic conditions, but not more than 10 extra minutes. Plenty to do/eat in the immediate area (McDonald's, waffle house, mini golf, etc). Recommend renting vehicle for transportation.

Stayed 4 nights in October 2023 while I was there to see a launch at Kennedy Space Center. It was everything I needed, the room was clean and the AC worked well. I did have to empty the dehumidifier a few times but it kept the room very comfortable. Location is near all the main transportation arteries for the greater Orlando area. There's a bit of local traffic to contend with when you're coming and going. Not a strike against the hotel but be careful when ordering food with mobile apps, they report that a place is open and it will take orders just fine but the business may actually be closed. Dominos was a safe bet but delivery took a while. 3ft-6ft pool with wash station and plenty of deck chairs. When getting to your room keep in mind that even room numbers and odd room numbers are on different sides of the building. Very affordable, clean and comfortable, exactly what I was looking for.
