The location was extremely close to all the fun activities and restaurants. Excellent Family friendly neighborhood. Noticed diverse cultures from all over the world and United States renting well-maintained homes in Bella Vida. Walmart , Aldi , were right outside the gated community and practically walkable.

They will tow you for being partially in the grass and side walk without any warning! The tow truck people are aware of this and will not hesitate! These are 10 bedroom condos! Where on earth do they expect their guests to park

Stayed in large, multi bedroom home. Off 192. One manned gate. Good size clubhouse, some fitness equipment, pool, hot tub, play area. Hate the speed bumps.

Predatory towing. These are 10-12 bedroom houses with insufficient parking space. Many cars in the neighborhood are squeezed in, partially on grass or sidewalk, simply because there is not enough parking. Tow company outright admitted that they know the subdivision is ripe for towing because the houses are large and parking space is minimal. I suggest staying somewhere else that doesn’t purposefully target folks on their hard-earned vacations. And to the resort: not having abundant, explicitly clear signage just tells me you’re happy to make $175 cash off unsuspecting guests who have paid for the privilege of staying here. Do better.

Security at the gate is some of the rudest I’ve ever seen. First off, people here for the most part are atleast relatively successful and I believe that security that has been working here lately are just jealous or miserable that they are not able to be one of the successful people here. They are lowly and rude and downright useless. I took one look at these half chub bubble excuses of security guards and realized, I’m 0 more protected here than I’d be without these guys. I mean, let’s be honest it’s not like they’re REAL security or bouncers lol. One may understand if they were doing ACTUAL high level work if they were on the more aggressive side, but these mall cops aren’t even in shape. They’re an aesthetic joke. They couldn’t protect us from a ladybug if they wanted to. They’d struggle to benchpress if a wheel of cheese and running 20 feet without stopping. Therefore, there is no excuse for them to be the level of rude that they are. Like kid behave. Seriously. Not a fan of getting attitude from a low level tubtub dongdong jilly willy mall cop. Please fix them asap. The rooms are gorgeous and environment is nice, as long as you treat the rooms well it will treat you well back.
