I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The customer service was subpar, lacking basic amenities. The room was exceptionally small, devoid of a balcony, and the staff exhibited rudeness throughout my stay. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

The following are the notable observation 1. Poor reception team - rude behavior and not supportive 2. Room - smoke smell 3. Breakfast - overcrowded as no much space for seating. People used to fight for seats :( 4. Luggage movement - Dialed 8 with room number, however no one turned up. Overall, very disappointed & unhappy Suggestion - NOT TO TRY IF YOUR HERE FOR VACATION.

Located at a proper hotspot, everything else is poor. Reception and room service were partial towards western & Asian guests. We had to take our luggage ourselves while checking in and out, but they were serving the western guests well. Felt extremely disappointed. Buffet breakfast was not up to the mark

Wow, I went with my tour group. The location was great. However, the rooms are not very clean. My kids' room was full of smoke smell when we came in. Outside the windows full of cigarettes. Staff can't do anything. they just come to the room and do spray, the outside window cigarette 🚬 they said too late they will do it tomorrow, it was about 8pm. Bedding in my room was not clean, we feel very ichy with the blanket. Not recommended this hotel

Based on the other reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. The car park has about 15 spaces and the guys are helpful; check in was easy and the staff were polite; the standard room was bigger than expected and was a double bed as asked, not two beds pushed together;they automatically gave two pillows each; the bed was super comfy; and the WiFi in the room was excellent. The only negative to us was the other guests (the larger Indian and Chinese looking families) who clearly didn't know what manners were. I felt sorry for the staff having to deal with them, so I'm not surprised they may lose their cool at times. I had to tell a few off for cutting in line at the lifts. Once in our room though, things were quiet. So yeah, overall we enjoyed our stay. It was better than we expected.
