I have really enjoyed my stay here. Such a warm welcome upon arrival and a quick check in. Room is really spacious with loads of storage and a good size bathroom. Room, corridor and reception area all clean and modern. Housekeeping team greet you every morning which is nice. I saw some comments about noise but if the window is closed there is very little outside noise heard in the room (my room was facing out, overlooking the main roundabout). Breakfast is a good selection but does not vary from day to day. Everything I had was nice but the hot food isn’t very warm. The only think I can complain about really is the air conditioning doesn’t go very cold (16C), sometimes my room was a little warm but opening the window helped. I definitly would stay here again

We found this large hotel to be just right for our one night stay in Valencia. Reception staff were very friendly and multi lingual - bonus - and very helpful. Hotel is close to all amenities, has underground parking, and there are a swag of restaurants in close proximity. Room was very comfortable. Overall we were very satisfied with service and value for money.

Location and rooms are good for a 4 star hotel. English and continental breakfast range could have been a lot better. Customer privacy and security needs to be improved, as my room key card was given to a friend simply by them giving my full name to hotel reception who did not check their ID. This then resulted in my friend smoking out of my room window without my consent, which the hotel then decided to charge me for without any notification or invoice after check out as the room smelt of smoke, which I'm now having to dispute with my bank (as the hotel haven't even offered to refund me and/or charge to my friend), as the whole situation could have been avoided if the hotel reception had been more diligent and responsible in their ID checking process. The hotel has not taken any accountability or responsibility for their error and has been poor in their customer service to resolve this issue in the correct manner, considering I was not even in the room or gave permission to access my room. I personally will not be using or recommending this hotel to anyone based on the experience I've had with the hotel reception and administration team.

Just got back from our trip to Valencia. Hotel has an amazing location, good breakfast and friendly staff. Check in is very slow, rooms are nice but dated and our had literal black mold on the ceiling. They are clean and getting cleaned every day, but the mold can be an absolute health hazzard. Breakfast is good, regular hotel breakfast. Customer service is good but they should seriously at least try to speak more english. There have been times where I would say something and they would just stare at me. The smell in front of the hotel is awful, however rooms have no issues like that. Overall an okay hotel, outdated but clean, and definitely until they upgrade it 3 stars not 4.

Good business hotel in a central location. There is a bus stop just around the corner, from there it takes 10 minutes to get to the old town and 15 minutes by taxi to the airport. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc. in the immediate vicinity. My room: top Really spacious for a standard double room, spacious bathroom with bathtub shower and really a lot of space with everything you would find in a 4-star hotel. Normally I always have problems with strange beds/mattresses, but: I slept like a baby;-) Breakfast buffet ok, but no big surprises. Service there very attentive and friendly, the staff at the reception also friendly, but sometimes a bit snippy. The foyer and the bar right next to it are not exactly cosy and do not entice you to linger, but that was not so important to me personally. Conclusion: Good business hotel in a central location, well suited as a base for a 3-4 day stay.
