Great location and service! The breakfast is not open buffet type (they have several options from which you can choose), which put me in difficulty as I had dietary restrictions due to pregnancy, but the staff was extremely kind and came up with a personalized menu just for me. Rooms are small, but very cozy, we had a great time. Thank you!

We had a great family stay here for four nights, and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, spacious for our family of four, and the sofa bed was comfortable for our kids (ages 9 and 12), too. There was ample storage space, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome for enjoying the Turia Park or the Arts & Sciences campus of museums, and there are some great restaurants and cafes nearby, too. Overall a great stay for families!

Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Staff are very helpful and the breakfast is one of the best English/American ones I've had. Yes it's not in the old town but once you have seen the major sights there it's actually nicer to be positioned along the border near some of the more recently constructed icononic buildings and near the beach.

This is the perfect hotel for a quick stay in Valencia!!! I'd never visited the city before and the staff was incredibly helpful. We got some much-needed help and so many recommendations from the staff. A special thanks to Laura, Ana, Maria, and Marba, and also the handsome man that worked the night shift who's name I didn't get. They made our stay so welcoming and our visit in their city so easy. They booked dinners for us, taxis, trains, and shows. We barely even had to ask and they had everything handled for us! I would also like to say that the location was MORE than ideal. We were right across from the museums, and a short bus ride to the beaches. The hotel is also within walking distance of El Ingles Cortes shopping center, which has EVERYTHING your heart could ever want! Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay in your city!!!! You made my trip perfect!!!!

The room was a bit strangely set up, but it had everything in it. The shower was extra long and had two shower heads. Wasted on a solo traveler, but I thought it was cool. The windows opened and the AC worked well. It was nice working at the table they placed near the window overlooking the City of Arts and Sciences. The entrance is tiny and is crowded if someone is checking in and you want to walk past, but the front desk is SUPER friendly and says hello to everyone every time. The included breakfast was delicious with lots of options. It is served in the connected restaurant that turns into a sushi place in the evening. It is decorated in pink, but that does not take away from your enjoyment of fresh orange juice.
