"Our stay at the recently renamed hotel was pleasant overall. Although the new logos were already on the outside, the interior still looked a bit old in parts. Nevertheless, we were granted a double upgrade for our room due to an overbooking. The rooms are functional, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was sufficient and varied. A big plus is the central location of the hotel, with many interesting attractions within walking distance. There is also a good selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Recommended."

Nice hotel, good location close to everything. Fast wifi, hot showers & comfortable beds. Was raining so didn't get to swim in the pool unfortunately.

Great team and customer service to improve our experience! While we had some difficulties in our first room (water leaks in bathroom), the staff reacted immediately. First they they had the leakage patched for the night, and they upgraded us in a better room from Day 2 (couldn’t before as the hotel was fully booked) Our thanks to the staff! 🙌 Kudos also for the breakfast, large choice of fresh fruits (a blast for Vegans) and then a good choice of hot & salty options. Worth of notice there is always some steam rice and steam vegetables available, which offers a nice alternative to the fried rice and other dishes.

Good hotel with nice staff and service. Rooms are clean and tidy. Bathroom is not as good as you're supposed to stand in the tub to take shower. Very unfriendly and inaccessible. I really hope they improve on the showers. The pool is not for swimming as it is hardly 2 to 3 ft in depth. They need to improve the breakfast experience. They made me pay in cash for the additional expenses and simply did not accept credit cards. Other than that, all good.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel- very clean and comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast also had a good variety and the afternoon tea provided a selection of cakes/drinks to try! Enjoyed the rooftop bar as well which had great views of the city! Quite loud and cocktails weren't cheap but that's to be expected from a city rooftop bar! Overall we found the hotel to be great value for money and staff were very helpful during our stay
