Alex #2 from Zagreb made us feel very welcome from start to finish. His enthusiasm seems endless and he provided lots of tips and info on the sights worth visiting in the area. Mara's breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Rooms and terrace are well-designed and a delight to spend time in. Would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with stylish and modern interiors, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. One if the best places its very cozy and warm.. Alex and Meya are super friendly very helpful and amazing.. loved it so much highly recommend for those who is looking for luxurious vacation in nature 🤍

Hidden gem in the Alps! It was our second time in this hotel. AMAZING! The customer service was beyond our expectations, all stuff is very friendly and always willing to help. Great modern designed rooms with breathtaking view to the lake and the mountains! If you are not a skier, you can just spend the whole day in your room relaxing and enjoying the view... Every day we had a super healthy and delicious breakfast which was important to me because I’m pregnant. Thank you guys for making our three days in Zell-am-See so special! We will definitely come back!
