1. Break fast buffet has few dishes and at times the chicken is not even fully cooked. 2 Advertisement says Roof top and swimming pool available on the 17th floor but both the elevator of the hotel goes only upto 15th floor 3 staff is very unprofessional... doesn't understand English and doesn't even greet the guests 4 Charges for even silly things like the towel has stains over it saying that these stains can't be removed

The location was brilliant and well within walking distance for both the Dragon Bridge and the beach. The beds were comfortable but the rooms showed signs of aging. I asked my room to decorated as its my anniversary trip and they done it well with FREE OF CHARGE. You can ride free bicycles but i rented a motorcycle for 24hours with cheap price 7 dollar.

Relatively good 3star hotel with friendly staff, quiet environment, good facilities. The downside of this place would be no enough staff to supervise or provide amenities at the rooftop swimming pool as you have to be yourself n at your risk. Overall nice n recommended place to stay.

Hotel rooms ok. Not the cleanest of rooms we had damp all over the wall. It was an ideal location quite close to the dragon bridge and the beach. However staff wer rude if I'm going to be honest they didn't understand any of our English so it was always hard work asking them for help. The security guard was horrible he was very rude and when we would come in at night he was always drunk and it was quite intimidating just walking past him , he grabbed one of our friend arm and was very forcefully pulling him to the table out side to make him join him for a drink but he said no and wouldn't take that as an answer. He also just smokes at the front of the hotel and throws the cigarette boxes on the floor. Could be a lot better hotel the staff just need training in customer service. Pool ok not the cleanest and the roof bar there's never a staff there to serve you a drink anyway.
