Had a wonderful stay. I booked an interior room and was concerned it would be small but this wasn’t the case at all. Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room as well as the bathroom. Everything is clean and the shower was a treat - great water pressure! Staff were very friendly and happy to make suggestions on the best local spots. You are located in the heart of the old town so everything was in walking distance. Thanks for a great stay.

We booked a Junior Suite for 4 nights in this Hotel a few days ago. The location is perfect, in the city center and almost all historical sites are in walking distances. The Hotel is a small but cosy one, and the rooms are clean and stylish. The staff are all very friendly and customer-oriented. We would like to thank specially Mr. Danielle of the Reception, who is a very nice guy, and always helpful and polite. He gives his best to fulfill the needs and wishes of the guests. And Mr. Brian, of the breakfast service personnel, who has always have a welcoming smile on his lips. He is very friendly, helpful and professional as well. We enjoyed our stay in Marques House and if e come again in Valencia, we will book this hotel again.

Lovely, helpful front desk staff & the waitress at the breakfast restaurant was extremely friendly & helpful. The room was clean, but VERY small! We had booked an "exterior double" room, which I felt would be roomy enough according to the hotel's specs, but I was definitely wrong. We had 4 suitcases as we're on a 6-week European holiday & we could hardly move in the room! The bathroom felt more spacious! My husband found the bathroom's floor slippery after showering. The hotel is apparently 2 houses joined together, so you'll find you need to use stairs even though there are escalators. The staff help you, but it's a real PIA lugging suitcases up & down.

This is the most amazing hotel, my most favorite, where I have stayed so many times. The location is a true gem, the most central spot in Valencia. The team are all fantastic — Gemma, Bianca and the reception team are super helpful, always friendly, eager to assist and greet you with a smile every day. Cafe Madrid in the hotel is another gem, boasting great design and vibe and serving the best Agua de Valencia in the city. Ideal place to stay when in Valencia.
