Seven Rooms Milano

Interesting place because it shows the normal life of the Italian. I enjoyed walking around, shopping and bargaining. I recommend to visit this place it’s open every Saturday and Wednesday from morning till 5:00 pm but some shops closes at noon.

❗Beware:❗ This is a motel posing as a hotel. If I knew just how bad it is, I would have definitely avoided it as it definitely ruined part of our trip to Milano. We waren't gonna leave a review but the hotel manager specifically asked us to write one. Not "good review" , just "give us a review". Therefore I'll write a very honest one so other people don't make the mistake of staying here. Horrible horrible location. The location is literally next to a gas station. It looks like one of those cheap dirty motels from the outside which really put us off but we thought "well the rooms looked great online so let's not judge too early" We arrive there all tired from our travel to our room expecting to take a nice bath and relax. To our surprise the room while at first seemed ok, the more we looked around the more we saw how dirty it was. Hairs everywhere including inside the folded fresh towels. When we looked at the tub we saw that it had stains and more hair 🤢 which we decided to clean ourselves since we were super tired from our travel and just wanted to relax in the tub. Afterwards we fill it and we notice that the massage jets were also dirty which got all these floaty hairs and dirty things in the water. We decide instead to take a nap and to our surprise we find a condom wrapper on the floor next to the bed..... We go to the reception to mention all of this and we receive a new room with a tub for only one night and the option to change rooms again in the morning after our initial room is cleaned. We did not want to stay in the previous room so instead their compromise was to change rooms again the following day to one without a hottub (despite us reserving 2 nights in a superior room with a hottub). We take this second option and for the first night we stay in the new hottub room. Our adventure does not end here. Since we were tired, we went out to grab takeaway, come to the room and just chill. We come back and notice that the toilet overflew in the bathroom which smelled really bad without us using it. We flushed it and it went down the drain but for some reason just whatever was left in the pipe would come back after a couple hours or so. 🫠 We go and snack on our food but after a few hours as we sat with the light closed, watching TV, we discovered that ants have been crawling all over our food. We of course had to throw it away. In the morning when we report this, we get the reply from the manager that "this is only a 2 star hotel" as if our expectations for a clean room are too high or something. On top that, they said that the ants were coming from under the tub and it's just how it was + that the toilet only does that "sometimes". We moved on to the next room promised which had no hottub. This one was much better, had properly working AC but somehow the tap water was strange and cloudy. Not a huge deal since we just bought bottled water afterwards but at that point it was funny how many things were not ok so the water didn't seem as bad. For this whole experience we were refunded 100 euros after asking for it. They initially wanted to refund 50 but after all the issues we had, plus receiving a less expensive room than we payed for, we felt like 50 was not enough at all. ⭐⭐ - because we got refunded at least somewhat. If there was no refund then ⭐ I don't understand how this place has such good reviews. Probably because every time something bad happens, the management refunds a little bit so people will be less inclined to post a negative review.. To sum up: Don't stay here. It's not worth the money.
