Everything about this place was perfect, good rooms, neat and tidy, close to everything in the area, and you can see the hot air balloon from terrace and take some photos, owners were so friendly

Very nice hotel. The lady at the reception was very kind. She helped me a lot with looking for a suitable tour, reservations transfer, taking me to an ATM and more! The terrace and balcony is peaceful. You can sit there whole day. Breakfast is good. Thanks so much.

This boutique hotel is family owned . This hotel is managed by the mother and daughter and the other called Seven Rocks by the father. The breakfast was average. The rooms were recently revamped and the bathroom was newly retiled. Owners should give more details to plug points locations in rooms. Also focus on needs of guests eg: no kettle and toilet paper had to be requested. The daughter spoke English and was very helpful.She could explain directions to hot air balloons.

Very poor!!! Worst hotel ever. The owner was crazy and his daughter was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. We went with a 3 year old and asked for a fan. It was 93 degrees, scorching hot . They said the website didn’t r mention the fan or air conditioner therefore we can either stay or leave the hotel. It’s in the middle of no where, small & filthy; website provides false advertisement; it looks nothing like the photos. The owner and his daughter treated us very very poorly, didn’t let us use the washroom until our room was ready; we waited five hours to check in because ewe were early; regardless of the fact that the couple staying in the triple room (that we booked) left early for us, they saw us waiting with the baby. We were all sitting in the common area and that’s how they learned we were waiting for the triple room. The owner yelled and screamed at us after we requested a fan because it was hot. It’s a dangerous hotel due to the location and staff!! The owner and his daughter at the front desk ( her name is esra) two most pathetic people we have ever come across in our life. They told us to leave the hotel because we requested a fan !!!!! It’s a scam!!!! Beaware!!! Do not book this nightmare hotel. Even the people around them told us that the owner had mental problems and Anger issues. They ruined our whole day . We had reservations in the evening but moving to another hotel and dealing with them ruined our plans!!!

The lady at the front desk (ESRA) was so rude. She was upset that we arrived a little earlier than our check in time, even though we didn’t ask to check in earlier. We just waited in the common area. Her father ( the owner) was the worst person, he definitely has issues. She called him once we asked to use washroom upstairs if available, because the washroom downstairs was just a hole in the ground and we couldn’t use it. We were with children & they were crying to use the washroom. Instead of accommodating us he started being mean and started yelling at us. He had such a disgusting behavior especially in front of the kids . No one should support such a business. He started threatening us to cancel our booking and asked us use to washroom els where. Knowing that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and we didn’t have a ride to go anywhere with kids. We came from a very long flight and it was the worst experience of our life. We ended up leaving because we were scared of the owner and his daughter was extremely rude. She had a face the whole time we were there. She didn’t want to work, didn’t want to Answer any questions!!! Rude rude rudeeeee management!!! Very badddddd service, pooor hotel. Very far from everything and in a very dirty area. Do it recommend it to anyone , do not waste your money
