We had a wonderful three night stay here. The service was exceptional. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well equipped. The breakfast is excellent. The evening atmosphere in the dining and bar area is very relaxing. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal and live music on Saturday evening. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so relaxing and memorable.

Amazing hotel, modern and spotless. Staff always happy to help. Great breakfast, nice and classy bar with evening live music. Amazing tapas. Spa is good but a bit small, forcing you to book 1/2h time slots in advance.

My 2-night stay was a 5-star experience. Beautiful design wows you at every corner and terrace, expertly trained staff make you feel welcome and cared for, delicious food awaits you starting with the buffet breakfast, central location makes it easy to visit the city and the cozy bed and dark shades ensures you get the most perfect night's rest. My only complaint was that I didn't have more time to enjoy the rest of the hotel's amenities starting with the spa. I can't wait to come back!

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for a week for an amazing birthday trip. The rooms are spacious enough for an European hotel and the amenities are great. One caveat was the gym which is quite small but still efficient for what it’s needed for. It can only fit a maximum of 4 people and reservations have to be made for the gym. I never made reservations but was still allowed access including the sauna which was really nice. Cleaning service was also not up to par. I opted to only have my room cleaned every other day and my bed was never neatly made, the welcome champagne glass that was offered to me on the first day with mimosa remained in my room unwashed till I checked out. This is why I removed a star from the rating. Everything else looked good and my stay was good.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights over new year and had the best stay. The rooms are spacious, modernly decorated and have all the amenities you could want. Pillows were fantastic (rare in hotels these days) and the mattress was great. The staff are so happy to help and there is a lovely ambience around the hotel. We drank a few times at the bar and found the prices to be very competitive. A 5 star stay… we will definitely be back.
