Nice location and very easy check in. Room was very clean and well put together. Only downside was the bathroom was very small - hard if you’re broad and 6ft or over… needed to squeeze in to use the toilet.

Horrible experience in this so called luxury apartment. Each morning between 5:00 and 6:30 a live band with drums, accordions, guitars and singing starts playing. Woke us up from our sleep almost every day of our stay. Apartment was advertised as soundproof. In the video you can hear how loud the sound was. Of course there will be some noise if you sleep in town, but this was excessive and I never experienced this before in all the other years I slept in Mykonos town in other accommodations. The owner of the apartment refused to cooperate with any solution or compensation - it was not under their control they said, even though they were the ones who promised a soundproof apartment. The apartment itself was centrally located, clean, but small. Especially the bathroom.

These are not luxury appartments at all. They are not sound proof as advertised. We couldn't sleep a single night we where there (even with earplugs in). We had to call the police every night around 0500 because of a band playing daily in front of the appartment. The host does not take responsibility for the appartment not meeting the specifics as advertised (it was advertised as sound proof). It is also very tiny, there is virtually no closet (since the very small area used for this is mainly uses for the mini fridge and the locker) and the toilet is too small to properly sit on. The shower leaks into the appartment, even when using it only for a small amount of time. Would definately not recommend going here, EVER. Not even if it was free. The host did not cooperate to resolve these issues. We asked to cancel our stay and book something else ourselves, we asked to transfer to their cheaper hotel (where I could see they had availability) but they did not want to cooperate with anything at all.

Pros: Nice stylish room and balcony, decent location away from the noise, good starting point to explore Mykonos town, very close to the Fabrika bus stop, hostess is nice, helped to carry our luggage up the stairs Cons: Awful experience with their airport transfer. Used it as thought it would be door to door but dropped us off further away than the bus stop. Showed him on Google Maps that it was 5 mins away, but driver told us he couldn't drive us any closer and for us to walk down. Driver was late as well, expected much much more from the cost paid. Bathroom could be better designed as there is limited space to place daily necessities and it is hard to avoid the bathroom floor getting wet when showering. Steep and narrow stairs with no elevators so caution for those with heavy and large luggage
