Despite it being conveniently located, it's situated right next to two clubs, so do not stay here if loud music is *every night* is going to keep you up. The room and bed is comfortable and service good, but on two separate occasions, after having gone down for breakfast at 7h30am, I was told the chef and barista is still not there and they won't be able to tell me when coffee or breakfast will be ready...

I was at this hotel for 10 days and trust me you don’t want to stay here for 1 hour the worst customer service ever the worst breakfast and the facility is old enough that even the lift doesn’t have lights it looks like a horror movie and I forgot the water is cold in the room .

Best for the location and the price you pay. It is a new hotel. The staffs are great and all are trying to make you feel welcomed. The rooms are clean with new furnitures and bedsheets. Don’t expect great meals, but the foods are still good for the price and the location. Since it is a new hotel it lacks few essential features like the internet which is slow and gets off anytime while browsing. The hot shower is not dependable, it works for the first five minutes fine and you have to wait for about 20 minutes to get it warm again. The problem is with the new boiler, I think it can be fixed or adjusted to continuously warm the water. Although they say they accept credit cards, the machine was declining to all credit cards I carried and ended up paying with cash. I was able to draw money from the nearby ATM. Check the lounge on the sixth floor.

Disappointing!!!! We booked this hotel as a 5 star facility. we wish! Not even close! Let's start from the transportation vehicle from the airport. Seriously dirty and in bad condition. When we arrived at the hotel we found a nice, well polished lobby, but when we went to our rooms we saw a whole different thing. Old fashioned, under maintained with a lot of problems (we had a broken bed and the lights weren't all functioning, our friends room had plumping issues, leaks etc...) not clean, with spider nets hanging from the corner. We had to force them to change our towels and sheets, and of course they didn't even bother to mop the floors! As for the breakfast it was UNACCEPTABLE! 3 local dishes which were lunch material, not breakfast! We had to argue with them every single morning to bring us some fruit and eggs! We basically had to argue with them pretty much for everything! Really bad for the money we paid!!!
