I have stayed here from time to time. I found it to be very good. - Cleanliness Clean ness is good in this hotel, I have been coming to this place for more than a year but never saw anything on the bed sheet or the towels. - Comfortable accommodations Bed is comfortable The room is a bit dark, the light is not very bright.(can be a bit depressing for some people) One good thing they give you 2 separate sandals The bar area can be made more attractive 🙂 - Service quality The staff here are very friendly, easy to talk to, communication is very simple with them. Generally I can say it is a very good place to stay at.

The rooms are really nice. The buffet breakfast is amazing. The staff are great. Dont order food from the restaurant. I tried 3 times and didn't like the food. Walk to Mickey Leyland and buy something fresh and affordable.

This Hotel I referred by friend and I found it very family oriented staffs, very clean, price is very reasonable, breakfast is very good including their Chef Mesfin and his teams. Count on me you will like it staying in Marcen Addis. Yousuf Omer, Toronto Canada

Take this from someone who has stayed here for two months - folks here have figured out how to run a hotel. I was working from the hotel w/ regular video meetings, so high speed internet and quiet environment were non-negotiable for me and I found that *consistently* here. Also appreciated the fitness room which is not easy to find in hotels of this size in Addis. Bed was comfortable and shower had strong pressure. What exceeded my expectation is the staff's professionalism, hospitality and responsiveness and how that was consistent throughout my extended stay here. Bed was very comfortable. The only reason this is getting 2 stars. We got charged twice for the same day booking because we arrived earlier than 10 am They forgot our breakfast even though we told them to wake us up since we got in on a morning flight. Didn't seem to care they forgot our breakfast and after that we ordered room service which took eternity to get to us.
