Ambassador status, eight nights in the hospitality suite. This Sheraton hotel feels more like something from the luxury collection, due to the personalised service and it's unique charm. Low rise building (five storey) divided into two wings with water gardens and a bamboo garden in between the different sections. Despite having a convention centre as part of the hotel, it never got crowded or felt like there's many people loitering. We rarely had to wait for the lift, and once you got to your room level it was super quiet. Ideal location for peace and relaxation without being too far away from the city centre and tourist attractions. Plenty of cabs and didi, very short waiting time. Highly recommend and we'll be definitely staying here next time we are in Hangzhou.

A large hotel with very modern infrastructure in the Hangzhou wetlands. Located near restaurants and other nice areas to stroll around so nice for walks and discovery in the area. Rooms are roomy with good lighting, especially the suites with ample walk space. Service, however, leaves something to be desired - food is sub standard, staff yet has to be trained what it means to provide world class service (though not bad by chinese standards) in terms of speed and high client expectations, and in terms of keeping other guests respectful of each other. Overall an OK hotel to stay at, though probably not one to guarantee a 100% happy experience.

Good location if you like the nature or do not want to see the city rhythm. Another point that the location is far from the city. Hotel has good breakfast: Chinese, Japanese and European. Also you can find choice of Chinese tea at evening and live music (piano and the singer) at evening. For pool you need swimming cap, but you can buy it in the shop near with swimming pool. The spa is overpriced.

Great stay. Service is great. Bonvoy app is one of the best, you can even request service from the app while busy visiting the tea plantation 😉 the room was spacious (3rd floor) with no vis a vis. We planned to stay two nights and ended staying one more. The location was perfect for us as we already knew very well Xihu and its surroundings, we needed something new in HangZhou. The wetlands were a good choice. It's literally inside the wetland, where a short walk to a shuttle bus will take u there in no time. You are 20 min away by cab from the LongJin plantation. There is mall with many restaurant nearby (and a small train to entertain your kid😜). The Chinese restaurant food is one of the best I had in China. There's a playground for your kid to have fun and for you to relax. The lobby bar serves decent drink and the singers on two nights sounded great. Two downside : the swimming pool was good too but buoyers are not free. It should be. And no freshly squeezed juice at breakfast. I'm quibbling on details. Overall an amazing stay.
