Disgusting and unclean. Such a shame that such a good location is wasted on this hotel. Certainly doesn’t feel like a 5 stars hotel. We came to the room to find ripped robes, filthy windows filled with dust and 2 large flies stuck in it, half empty bar, zero vanity or dental kits and dusty closet. We changed rooms and the second room had greasy water coming down from the sinks. Which means iron bacteria or minerals build up. Either ways they lack essential cleaning and sanitizing methods. Do not recommend.

Selecting The Sheraton London Park Lane four times speaks volumes about its strategic proximity to Green Park station, catering to my business needs. The breakfast is efficiently served, minimizing any delays. Opting for room service during my 10 pm check-in pleasantly surprised me with the delightful chicken butter. The hotel consistently excels in hospitality, leaving a lasting impression. A special acknowledgment to the ever-helpful and active concierge, whose welcoming smiles contributed to a sense of safety during my stays. 😊 P.S. I've included a video from the opposite side of the hotel, away from the entrance.

I stayed at this hotel and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The room I was given did not match what was described, and it was not up to the standards I expected. The size and features were not as advertised, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. On top of that, the service was very poor. It seemed like the hotel management didn't care about customer satisfaction, which made me really disappointed. I hope you take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of your rooms and the level of service provided. It's crucial to meet the expectations of your guests and prioritize their comfort and satisfaction.

A wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. The hotel room was lovely and comfortable and the concierge lounge is quite enjoyable. Mantas provided excellent service in the morning and the evening staff was helpful, too. My only note for management would be the bathroom. A tub/shower combination with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash impossible to reach from the shower. Something isn't quite right.
