I stayed in the 2-bedroom residence and had an outstanding experience during my stay. While the location is a bit further from the Hanoi Old Quarter and the city center, the top-notch amenities and service completely overshadow the distance. Hyatt has consistently been my go-to place for vacations, and this place is no exception. The breathtaking views from my room added to the overall charm. Highly recommended!

I had a conference in this hotel. Afterwards I sat down for a coffee, and asked a barista if they have anything for sore throat, because it hurt a litthe after lots of talking. Hotel manager came with a doctor to ask me about how I feel, and they gave me a box of pills for sore throat. They didn't even want money for it. This is a great hotel, with a European level of customer service, and very caring staff. I will definitely be coming back :)

The location is good, central to business area. The breakfast is really good, with lot of cuisine options to suit different nationalities. Fresh fruit juices & iced Vietnamese coffee was outstanding. Although the rooms are a little old which need some face-lift. The staff was courteous and professional
