Front desk and the manager was very polite and courteous. We missed breakfast because we woke up too late and they offered to cancel room service charges from the previous night as we had missed breakfast. Also let us check out closer to 330pm. I’ve stayed at countless hotels in various countries and I have to say this hotel and its service is too notch. I also stayed at the sister hotel four points that connects to this hotel for a few nights. The service there was also amazing they let us check into our room at 5am with no additional fees. However Sheraton rooms are more spacious and nicer compared to four points.

Very good hotel and friendly welcoming at the reception. The hotel has its free shuttle bus to/from the airport. There is an outlet mall nearby, and the hotel has a free shuttle bus to get there. Close to the mall there is also the tube station that brings you at the town centre in around 50 minutes. As well as the access to the cable line for visiting the Giant Buddha, which has a great view over the Hong-Kong Bay.

Very nice stop and clean rooms and extremely central to the city. I really appreciate it all of the support that the staff gave me a punch second and check out and holding my bags while I went sightseeing during the day. It was a great experience and I would definitely come back. The views from the room were great.

EXTREMELY LOUD IRON WORK AND METAL WORK every morning directly underneath our room window. Other than that the hotel is great. Every morning at 8:00am the workers and crane would start going. Making a huge amount of noise and “banging”sounds, impossible to sleep through. Normally I would be awake by 8:00am but we are on vacation and would have liked to sleep in a bit longer. Super unprofessional for a high quality / high priced hotel to be allowing this to happening directly underneath the windows of the hotel. If you already have a room here booked, I would demand to be located on the east side of the building. (away from the metal workers)
