My family and I stayed here as an alternative to staying at one of the Disneyland hotels. We had booked a family room, which when we got there was very suitable for our needs, two large queen size beds with a very large and very nice bathroom. Was very happy with it, except that it had a pretty bad smell to it. When we spoke with Katherine the duty manager about it, the response was immediate, they came to investigate and committed to contact me with a response while we were at dinner. The Silveri is located above the Citygate mall and the dinner options are plentiful, the proximity to the mall proved to be really handy throughout our stay. True to her word, Katherine contacted us and said they had found a room that was an upgrade, though it had only one bed but they would put a portable bed in for us. This suited us and we were very happy with how the issue was handled the resolution of it. Breakfast the next morning was very nice, great buffet with lots of options. One thing to note is the hotel does NOT have parking arrangements, though there is a car park right next door, it charges by the hour and it doesn't take long for the bill to tick up, so bear that in mind if you're driving. All in all, would definitely stay again, the staff in particular were very good.

Friendly, professional and courteous check in staff + room was clean, new and modern. However when I wanted to store my luggage for pickup at a later time after checkout, no staff member was attending for a bit. By the time a concierge staff member arrived, he already had a grumpy attitude walking out. When I declared I have no stored valuables in the luggage, he even rolled his eyes at me….I mean there’s no harm in mentioning it right? This is the first time I experienced such rude attitude from a 5* hotel too…😬 Anyways that’s just some feedback. Hopefully concierge staff attitude towards guest can improve in the future but overall great experience.

Had a really pleasant stay during my stopover in HK. The staff were really fridndly and accommodating. Had an early check in which I really appreciated from a long flight from the UK. The executive lounge was quiet and pleasant, rooms were still very new and clean. Also the hotel is conveniently located within the citygate outlet shopping mall, I had a chance for last minute shopping and access to local restaurants / supermarket within the mall. The shuttle service to and from the airport is a real plus too

I won’t return for this hotel. Boiled down to price point and the room. Room is small. Similar to the one you see from the one review that has about 45+ photos of it. The ceiling is super high but the room itself is too small. It’s cramped even. The ac doesn’t work very well. It’s blowing extremely cold air constantly. The concierge was at the ground level right next to the parking which is great. Reception at some other floor above. Concierge is lacking. Below par even. Not friendly. Not smiley. Quickly retrieve to his room talking to some girls when luggage assistance was needed. So it was not a good impression. Stayed for a night only cause it’s not worth for repeated stay which I usually extend the trip for a great experience. Unfortunately this is not it. Hotel is clean though.

New hotel within the city gate outlet mall. Very beautiful, clean design. Comfy beds, luxury amenities and great views (superior double room facing the airport overlooking Hong Kong gold cost, the hills and the cable car. Perfect for business trips. Exclusive shuttle for guests to/from the airport every 30 min. Gym also very good for a stretch after a long flight.
