Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5Review: Positives:Staff overall are kind and helpful.Breakfast is top-notch.Rooms are clean and comfortable.Decent location.Expansive campus with multiple kitchens and an inviting pool. Negatives:Challenges obtaining complimentary water.A $10 charge for room service delivery.Slow and sometimes unhelpful front desk staff.Elevator and parking garage have a persistent unpleasant odor.Quality control issues: my wife was served moldy bread and found plastic in her salad. While the hotel is nice, given the price and the brand, my expectations were higher. I was especially disappointed with the food incidents involving my pregnant wife.

We came in with a big group of around 30 people. One room near ground floor was actually broken into from the outside windows and had luggages stolen out of their room. Hotel did not do much to allay any fears. Some front desk staff was a bit rude as well. Will never recommend after this experience. little value as well for the price.

Whether you seek a tranquil retreat, state-of-the-art meeting facilities, or a delightful getaway with family or friends, this place has it all. The warm reception sets the tone for a memorable stay. The serene surroundings, complemented by a vast park just steps away from Lake Como, is a great ambiance. The hotel offers 137 spacious guest rooms, more 4 suites. Amenities include free WiFi, tea and coffee facilities. Nested in an enchanting private park, the city resort features a swimming pool, solarium, and whirlpool area. Culinary delights experience at the 1 Michelin-starred Kitchen restaurant, traditional Italian delicacies at Gusto restaurant, at Kincho by the pool, open seasonally. Two bars, Fresco bar inside the hotel and Kincho bar in the park, provide perfect spots to relax. Sheraton's features include Fitness, a business corner, and private parking. For meetings and events, the hotel offers 4 meeting spaces, and the auditorium. In summary, Sheraton Lake Como Hotel delivers an extraordinary experience and impeccable service. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Not only was our stay there exceptional, but we had issues shipping home some of our luggage after being at Lake Como for a wedding. After traveling for several weeks, we came home to the US to find out that our luggage had run into problems with customs and had been shipped back to the Sheraton Lake Como. Arianna worked with us and our shipment company (also shout out to Send My Bag) to get new labels printed and get the luggage picked up and shipped again. Excellent customer service all around.
