Sheraton Manila Bay exceeded all expectations. The prime location, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities made my stay memorable. The views of Manila Bay from the rooms were a highlight. The staff's warm welcome and attention to detail were commendable. The clean, spacious rooms and diverse dining options, especially the breakfast buffet, were impressive. The well-maintained facilities, including the fitness center and pool, added to the overall experience. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. KUDOS!

Loved my stay here. Excellent room, and terrific food with several options for vegetarians. The entire team was great but want to give extra thanks to Cristina and Eve at breakfast. They remembered my orders, received me with a huge smile, and arranged for a new vegetarian meal every morning. Additional thanks to the attendant by the 15th floor elevators and the gentleman who took my laundry orders via the guest services number. Their service was the reason that I kept extending my stay. This will always be my go-to hotel in Manila!

I had a fantastic experience at Sheraton Manila Bay! The hotel's stunning waterfront location provided breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and extremely comfortable. The first thing that caught my attention upon arrival was the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the lobby. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the attentive and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The room itself was tastefully decorated, with modern amenities that catered to both business and leisure travelers. Overall it was a great place to stay in Thank you Sheraton Manila!
