We stayed during New Year’s Eve weekend and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is so safe and clean. The staff was so helpful and wonderful. They were very accommodating when we asked for a later checkout and when they helped with the Club level services. The room were extremely spacious and cleaned. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. One of the better options as compared to other hotels in Philadelphia is we come go in and out of the parking facility but was only charged per day instead of each time we went in and out. The location was very convenient, outside of all the madness of downtown but close enough to walk in if we chose to. The breakfast service on the 20th floor was really good, we definitely appreciated the warm breakfast, fruit and pastries. We would definitely stay there again.

A friend and I stayed here since it was close to an appointment she had. It was in the perfect location. There are also many eateries in the vicinity. The hotel was wonderful. The staff was super nice and helpful. We had breakfast in the club lounge and everything (which was ample) was delicious.

Honestly, this was the best Marriott experience I've ever had, service-wise! The front desk team was absolutely fantastic, every person I talked to was over-the-top helpful and friendly! We got a great food recommendation for dinner, were loaned umbrellas since it was raining, were asked about our dinner experience, got help printing a document, and just genuinely were well cared for by the staff here. The rooms were pretty standard Sheraton rooms and location was good - but if I come back to Philly, I will absolutely stay here just for the service!

We have had two wonderful stays during our daughters care at CHOP. Both times Ty has gone above any beyond- his hospitality, positive demeanor and recommendations have made a very challenging time for our family much more tolerable. The housekeeping staff was equally exceptional - rooms immaculate and they left extra water for our baby to get her formula. So thoughtful. We felt like we had a safe, comfortable home base. If our travels take us back to Philly, we will be back.
