As a Marriott Platinum we were upgraded to suite a day before checking in. Well done for recognition! Juz that Sheraton brand itself is not doing great, the hotel is dated, the walls are thin. Nevertheless the location is very good. Daily accessible to metro and connected to other buildings via underground. Breakfast just okay, average. Check in was good. Service is worth mentioning.

Nice hotel in the heart of Futian. Rooms are a little dated, but comfortable. Service is nice throughout the hotel. Nice pool, though not alot of lounge chairs. Very good fitness center. Bunch of restaurants in the hotel and just outside. Would definitely stay again.

Travelling from HK (live in UK) and this being my first time in Shenzhen this hotel was located so conveniently. Straight above the Green Line 1 Convention & Exhibition Centre station. Also was way to get to lots of shops, restrooms and shopping malls. Hotel was excellent from check in to check out. All staff was so friendly and helpful, my room was bright and comfortable, my hotel status was recognised without mentioning. Breakfast was good and access to the 24f lounge was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

As a Gold Elite Member with Marriott, I find that their hotel service is very hit and miss. Fortunately, Shenzhen's Sheraton Hotel is a hit and I'll tell you exactly why. The hotel is comparable to that of a grand hall with its classical decor and style laden throughout its interior. The room was large and wonderfully clean, I was more than satisfied with what I was provided with! As previously mentioned, the hotels under this chain are hit and miss. Many don't care about your status unless you're platinum or above and won't give you any added perks including breakfast (Sheraton Macau being one of them). When I asked the kind receptionist ladies if there was anything they could do to bolster my stay they offered me a free breakfast. This was satisfactory for me and I gladly accepted, particularly as the breakfast was a sizeable buffet the next morning with all sorts of international foods to cater for a diverse range of wants and needs. The pool was awesome, but one qualm I have with this hotel is the frivolous need to enforce the silly swimming hat rule that has overstayed it's welcome since the dark days brought upon by Covid-19. I understand that it is the law (and I'm sure it'll soon be revised by the Government) but is there really such a tenacious need to carry out this rule? So many people weren't bothering to adhere to a nonsensical rule. Furthermore the Sheraton charge a high price for swimming hats. If you're going to insist guests where swimming hats, then they should be much cheaper or better yet, complimentary! All in all I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton - the executive lounge was superb and I was fortunate enough to have gotten in at the grace of my friend that holds platinum status. Many thanks for a great stay!
