Very nice little hotel in a super central area. Perfect if you do not want to stay in the old town and prefer to have everything in reach. Especially the guy at the reception was super friendly and helpful!

I lived in the hotel for 11 days, and the hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. He gave us an apartment of two rooms, a hall, a kitchen, and two bathrooms, worth two rooms. When I left the hotel, I forgot some things in the drawer. I called the hotel 2 days later, and they answered me and returned all my stuff.

Only issue would be that the hot water is shared by the rooms on the same floor. There's only two rooms per floor, so usually it wouldn't be a problem, but I had a family staying next door... But even that is literally a very minor inconvenience and would be exceptional if it ever happens to anybody else. I was extremely happy with the service, location, and the rooms. I highly recommend the place. Do try the Turkish coffee, that they serve downstairs, and their latte as well as the cappuccino, is to die for) and the beds are magnificent, also very good sound isolation)

+ Great location: next to the tram station, walking distance to Galataport, Galata tower & bridge. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Wifi worked well Overall the room was fine - There is a difference between room’s pictures on booking and the reality. In fact the hotel is somewhat old and requires slight modification. Biggest issue was with shower water temperature- it was quite cold and it wasn’t pleasant taking shower. Water pressure in the sink was too high, so that water was spilling all over.
