Good value budget hotel located near key tourist spots and within walking distance of many massage parlours. The staff are friendly, and if you’re lucky you’ll get to see the owner’s cute dog. The rooms were alright, beds comfortable. However there are vents that pump in air from the outside, and given that there are restaurants in the vicinity, that means the room perpetually smells like food; this can be frustrating especially when it’s pungent. Also the toilet appeared clean, but had a bad stench.

We were having a hard time locating the hotel since there are changes in the area that is not yet updated in the map. Location : Walk inside 15th street at Phetchaburi. Go straight until you reach Yangon Bar Restaurant. There you'll see a narrow street and just walk towards that area until you see the hotel at the left part. NOTE : The hotel doesnt have elevator when we stayed here so better ready your agility in reaching upstairs but it is only about 10-15 steps. The room is quite relaxing. There's a bar downstairs so it might be disturbing for some but its not really loud as well when you are inside the room. HIGHLIGHTS : They always clean the room even you forget to inform them and nothing as well was lost when we left our items. The staff are trusted too. They also have clean bath room which I always look forward to when getting a room for vacation.

The staff is generally friendly, but there's a bit of a hiccup in communication, making it feel less welcoming. The room could use some extra cleaning attention, especially in the bathroom. The best thing is the killer location, but, and there's always a 'but,' the traffic around can be a nightmare. This makes hopping into a taxi or Grab a real hassle, somewhat canceling out the perks of being in such a great spot. As they say, you get what you pay for.
