The apartments here are very clean. Great access to buses and a short walk to the grocery store and amazing restaurants. This place is worth the price!

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet location. Very walkable to the city centre and a good food hall nearby with a variety of food on offer.

Gorgeous, spacious, and moderately convenient location that is right next to a shopping street, but that is the extent of the positives. Check-in is no-contact, but the door access code did not work so we had to wait outside for several minutes while support updated the code. Then, we found that there was no toilet paper or laundry detergent in the apartment. This seems extremely careless, and makes me wonder if they bothered cleaning the place at all. When they finally delivered the laundry detergent, it came in a box that was clearly not originally meant for detergent, so the detergent ended up spilling all over the bathroom floor and our clothes. The shower did not drain at all, so the bathroom floods after running the shower for more than a minute. The windows and doors are extremely drafty. The Netflix login is supposed to be provided, but it took half a dozen back-and-forth emails with somebody who did not seem to understand English to actually get working login credentials. Finally, we were woken up on the last morning by someone delivering towels, which we had not requested. The early check-out time of 10am is not the most convenient. I would have rather booked a hotel for a fraction of the price.

After 7 days in the road traveling around Iceland we treated ourselves to a discuss 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Reykjavik. Sif apartments was not only spacious and comfortable it was also very conveniently located to all the major sites in downtown Reykjavik. The check-in prices was flawless with codes to enter the building and there apparently given well in advance. The communications was also brilliant.
