I looked at many apartments in and around this area. And it was only in this building that I liked the apartment. Large and spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Large and comfortable kitchen. Convenient location of the building.

Cockroaches appear everyday in the corridors, does not matter which floor you are on. Pest control did not solve the issue, of course they come inside as well. Cleaning the AC did not help with the disgusting smell that comes into the apartment. On my third day, found myself stucked in the elevator. Walls are paper thin, you can hear literally every single noise from your neighbours. The list of problems about this building is too long…luckily our stay lasts only 1 month…first time living here, will never come back. Please, don’t even think about choosing this building for your short- or long-term living, just avoid! Yes, it seems cheaper, however it is not worth it at all! If only I had chosen differently before my arrival…
