This is my experience in this hotel in Feb 2023. At the time of check out I noticed some one tampered bleach in my clothes and towels. I am not sure who would do this cheap thing to hotel guests. But they did. I couldn’t confront it to front of the house staff as I was leaving early morning. This possible reason for tampering my clothes is because of housekeeping attentants. Hotel management should keep watchout for this sort of vandalism and take action against it. Pros of this hotel- great rooms , very accessible to metro Cons- cheap behaviour of staffs, boom boxing rooms with DJ sounds on Saturday

Signature hotel Al Barsha very cozy, safe and comfortable enough. Nice vibes, tasty breakfast, cozy rooms, available pool and gym. Very friendly workers: receptionists, securities, waiters and housekeepers. Wanna tell big thankful for Sherajul he is so kind and friendly, very helpful my nephew was love him so much also my family respect him! For all workers big 🙏 thanks Very recommend for people!

Overall, the hotel is outdated. The room I stayed in is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The reception area is too small for a hotel with 4* (first impressions count). Most of the staff are helpful except one at the reception who was very rude, which spoiled 🙄 my whole experience at the hotel. It was also noisy during the weekend due to the club's activities. My advice is to stay on floors above 3rd floor. CONCIERGES are very helpful.
