So glad I found this place. The location puts me right where I need to be in the middle of the Old Quarter. It is tucked in an alleyway but it's a great market vibe and lots going on. There is also a really nice coffee shop in the alley way . What made this place wonderful for us was the staff that worked there and especially Anna. She was so friendly and accommodating. When my daughter was looking for a gym she had a recommendation and escorted us there as well as helping find certain items that we were looking for. She helped us book our wonderful tours to Ninh Binh and Cat Ba. She also hooked us up with a couple of local tour guides, Mary and Grace, who were wonderful for our visits in Ha Noi. She goes out of her way and goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is having an enjoyable experience. Also want to thank the kitchen staff for opening up a little early for us the couple of times we went on early morning tours. The food was great!

Location - The entire street is under construction and the road is ruined. It's not the hotel's fault but they could at least note it in advance and reduce the price. Also the location itself is not the best we've been in Hanoi. Rooms - we got a room on the top floor, which had not air conditioning and was really hot. The room was also very hot and the AC inside it couldn't cover the entire room (the bathroom for example was steaming). Also no hand towels (only body towels for shower). Water bottles costs money (first time in Hanoi we didn't get free water). Service - the staff were very attentive and sorted the heat problem quickly by changing the room to a different floor while also upgrading us to a bigger room.

Before we checked in, we got some water, the receptionist made sure our air-conditioning was already on in the room, and we got some tips for Hanoi. Staff was very respectful and friendly. The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious. It was very nice to sleep here. We had to leave early next morning, after asking the staff for an early breakfast they made sure everything was ready to eat before the opening time of the breakfast and we were able to get some good food in. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone searching for a clean, friendly and good hotel! :)

The staff is kind, smiling, and friendly. If you ask them something, they will sincerely look into it. The rooms were spacious. The hot water in the shower is good. They always clean and clean. The street where the hotel is located is narrow and not accessible by car, but it is lined with small fruit and vegetable stores, making it easy to buy fruit. Breakfast was also good, with a different selection of food made each morning. Pick up and drop off from the airport is 350,000 VDN each way.

We had the most wonderful stay at Silk Flower Hotel. First and foremost, the staff are exceptional! The two receptionists (who are both named Huyêń) are courteous and helpful. They always greeted us with a big warm smile! I can’t stress enough how lovely they are. When we ran out of amenities, or requested additional towels, they brought it directly to our door. They also kept our luggage for us free of charge (for a total of 6 days) and when it was time for us to recheck in, our baggage was waiting for us in the room! When we checked out, the overnight staff carried our bags to our Grab pick up point and waited with us until their arrival. The hotel is perfectly located in the old quarter, tucked away on a side street so you’re able to sleep the whole night through. The bed was super comfortable and there is good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast is delicious; I suggest trying the pho (one of the better ones we’ve had) I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Ha Noi.
