After a number of nights and a greater need on an annual basis, I have deleted my 5 stars for this hotel. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, perhaps one of the best I have stayed at and an unusually pleasant staff. Unfortunately, their price and upgrade policy is totally opaque and I have therefore chosen not to use the hotel anymore. With between 30-40 nights a year in Bangkok, I have decided to move back to my 'old' hotel. Maybe not better than SILQ, but with a price policy that is transparent and not constantly different prices. Good luck with your future, I know my ‘old’ hotel will be happy to get my money back🙏

Would stay here again. Rooms are very modern and have a fun layout. Check in process was smooth, they give you a sugary drink while you wait. The lobby is nice. Not as nice as the Banyan Tree (my favorite lobby in Bangkok so far), but some cool things to look at. Has a family friendly type vibe. Room service is quick and easy. The hotel staff was very helpful in helping me obtain Taxi services to various locations. Breakfast was pretty good. Nice views throughout the hotel.

Smile from check-in to checkout. Applause and big cheers for all the staff members. All of you make this hotel shine. 100% recommendation. PS: the bar has happy hour from 17h-20h. The cocktails are worth it. And try some of the food while you sip from those cocktails. Would come again 😁!

We had an amazing time in this 5 star hotel during our honeymoon. The infrastructure is really modern and of high standards. The rooms were large, clean and the beds were super comfortable. But our highlight of our stay was the hospitality and service of the staff especially ARPIT and his staff. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back!!!! Thank you for all the personal attention you paid to us! P.S We had the privilege of meeting the owner and he was such a nice fellow. Also there are many gluten free and lactose free options at the restaurant.

I like the swimming pool and its surrounding very much. It's located on the 4th floor with gym and spa on the same level. There are 2 glass wall at the both end of the swimming pool about 10cm thickness. I can see through the the glass when I swim to the end of the pool. But of course, I will be also seen clearly by the people who sit around. The spa is excellent as well. But a bit small, so they need reservation to use it in order to control the number of people. The decoration of the hotel is quite modern sense, but not very unique. We did not take breakfast at the hotel, but there are a few breakfast Cafe nearby. There is also a 7-11 about 3 minutes walking from the hotel. It's a very convenience location. I will come and stay again next trip.
