Beautiful decor and the rooms are really nice. Rooms are quiet even ones facing the street but soundproofing between rooms could be improved a bit. The staff are the most attentive out of probably any hotel I have ever stayed at and deserve praise for that. The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because the gym is terribly equipped, possibly the least equipped out of any 4+ star hotels I'vestayed at. 1 machine for both lats and chest and then 2 treadmills and the heaviest dumbell is 7kg

The reception said my card didn't work, so they tried it again, and again. Finally it worked. Turns out that it had worked every time and Silverland Sakyo charged me three times for one room. Not a problem, except that they took over 24 hours to even tell me they were looking into it. After 48 hours they claim to have reversed the transaction, but I still don't have the cash. It's scary that hotel staff have the ability to suck hundreds of dollars from your account without noticing. I offered to come in right away to collect the refund, but they had to check with the accounts and banks. Another thing - how does the machine say Error but my bank releases the funds? Faulty machines? Anyway, the rooms are outstanding, but watch out when you pay for them. Try to pay online or just hand them cash - I wouldn't hand them my card again.

Spent 4 nights here, really enjoyed my time, staff was very good particularly Nam from reception and Sam at the door. Those guys are superstars. The rooftop spa and swimming pool has been great And the bar staff makes great ginger tea. Will recommend and will be back.

I stayed at Silverland for 1 night. I gave my card to Silverland staff and they charged me 3 times for 1 room. When I contacted them, they told me they were sorry and they wouldn't reverse the transaction. It's now been almost two weeks. Silverland HAS NOT returned my money and doesn't seem to know where it is. The hotel basically stole my money now and they are claiming that they only did one transaction, when I clearly show them 3 transactions from Silverland. It's disgusting to stay at a hotel then have this happen. I'd recommend travellers look to hotels that are more trustworthy with your money. Don't ever hand your bank card over to them.

The hotel is really nice and we loved our stay here so far. I would give the service 5 stars as most of the staff here are extremely helpful and polite except for one. I don't think this lady likes her job that much or maybe she was just having a bad day. We were just trying to enjoy the tea and she was very rude and ignored me completely when I was trying to talk to her. Not too sure what her problem was. It's such a shame as we love this place so much. Date 22.08 2023 - 3:58pm. In saying that, definitely recommended this hotel👌
