This property falsely claim that is free parking.actually is not they don’t even have their own parking lot.all parking is on the road-site owe by local authorities.and you have to pay the fees with the app woke up next morning get a parking ticket from the authorities The hotel management ,service and all around conditions is so bad .The hall way has a bad smell. I think staff is cooking their own local foods in the property.and bugs is everywhere. I check in the third floor is the top floor which you can hear the rats running around on top of the ceiling the whole night is disgusting.dirty floor and bathroom with unclean molds slippery During my check in the room is no air conditioning reported to the manager there still didn’t believed me asked to wait for minutes with me testing the air conditioning until they satisfied to charge a room The hotel is not full they are acting not friendly unwilling make me so uncomfortable. Asked for refund they refuse.since is late of the night I tried to stay for a night but just couldn’t.Staying up the whole night.check out the next morning even I did paid for two nights stay. I do understand is budget stay hotel don’t expect much but for my experience just not a living condition hope this review can help someone make better decisions

Booked to stay confirmed in my phone apps request early checkin n room with window only to be told off no room available on my arrival.The male staff on front office duty today am 15th may 2022 extremely rude..Argue abt the genuinity of my booking and when requested for explaination he used harsh words (4 letter) having mention to him that i used to stay there numerous time earlier and he shud chck on my claims in the system..he later challenged me to report to the management. The worst experience of my life in checking in a hotel.No more indah garden hotel for me in future.

All rooms got window! I love it. Bring your own mobile broadband and Android TV player to watch TV since currently their TV channel and WiFi are under repair. Nasi Kukus Ayam Kampung Tuan Nik Restaurant also just a walking distance.. give it a try.
