Perfectly reasonable and comfortable budget hotel near Olympia. Comfy bed, clean shower and my room had a window facing the street. I stayed in room #16 which was quiet as on the very top floor. This is where the 4 stars come in - there is no lift or anyone willing to help with a suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. But great fuss free for one night stay!

STAYING THERE IS A HEALTH RISK! DON'T RISK YOUR HEALTH! Upon my partner and I entering the room, we were immediately taken aback by the deplorable condition it was in. The walls were full of mold and the paint was coming off too. We immediately went to the front desk to discuss the matter. The staff member, lacking professionalism, did not take our concerns or the health risksseriously. He reluctantly agreed to have the room cleaned but informed me that it would not be possible until the following day. He did not offer us a different room and said we would have to stay put. I had to explain to him that mold can not just be cleaned away. He even had the audacity to laugh at us when he saw the price we had paid for the room, implying that such conditions were acceptable based on the amount we had paid. This type of response is absolutely unacceptable, regardless of the price paid, given the potential health risks associated with mold exposure. When we requested to speak with the manager to address our concerns, we were informed that it was not possible. As we were not offered a different room and my partners and my own health is more important than a stay in a hotel we left. After sending an email to the Hotel Managementand and not getting a resonse I called several times. Still not response. It still took the Hotel general manager 16 days to respond to my email. In which the Hotel general manager said that they could not process a refund because the receptionist offered an alternative room beginning from the 2nd day. First of all this is not true and secondly that implies that the Hotel Management expects its guests to stay in a mold-infested room. What a service!

Nothing like pictures. Holes in the wall, mould, skid marks down toilet. Would rather pay a little more and know I'm somewhere clean and comfortable. Left first thing in the morning didn't hang around at all. Would NOT recommend. (Stayed in room 3)

I had to ask for either a blind to be fitted of moved rooms. Terrible they could not fit one- apparently in the while of London they could not arrange this. I don't care a previous guest damaged. I should not be paying for a room without a blind/curtain. No refund offered and after 2 nights finally was moved to another room. This room had springs poking out of mattress which scratched leg! Absolutely shocking, that said the women on the desk tried to help, but seemed poorly supports by any kind of management/ownership
