Perfect place for our works Christmas party. Food was lovely - all served together and warm (great attentive service for such a large group). Bar and service staff really friendly. Excellent live entertainment. Venue was beautifully dressed for Christmas. Highly recommend.

Popped in for coffee, immediately welcomed by lovely staff who also sorted some tasty pastries for us too. So nice we returned later for cocktails. Beautiful decor inside the bar, interesting building. Sounds like they're undergoing some refurb in hotel so would be interested in staying over if service and decor matches bar/restaurant - super find on a day out thank you

Only stayed one night.. room was clean and warm. Drainage smelt from bathroom so reported to reception. Didnt really use facilities so unable to comment. Bar area looked good...

A very lovely hotel, very trendy bar and restaurant too. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, the reception desk is manned 24hrs. The room was quite spacious but unfortunately there were no curtains so we were awake with the larks and because we were at the front of the hotel the traffic noise was pretty loud but I'd expect that because of where the hotel is situated. We'd definitely stay here again but next time we'd like a room with curtains lol.

On arrival charged more than quoted, receptionist unhelpful and told us to go somewhere else. TV broken, toilet did not work, radiator broken. On arrival told we needed to pay £50 just in case we broke somthing and would not get back until 10 days later. Got over charged for breakfast. Dirty dishes. One room our friends stayed on stank of gas and they had to leave. Great location but absolutely WOULD NOT recomend.
