I had an amazing time in general! The hotel is clean, well located, great amenities and variety of option at breakfast. Nonetheless I’m taking one star out due to a situation regarding receptionist behavior: As soon as I arrived asked about laundry possibilities, and was informed by the receptionist that each machine would cost around 12 euros and we would need possibly 2 or 3. In the next day, by evening, when we went to take the clothes a different and older male receptionist charged us - which is unusual since it’s usually done by check out - in 47 euros! Yet, he wanted to get the money right at the moment as according to him he had paid himself (?); and for our surprise didn’t want to provide any type of receipt! Besides that would definitely recommend.

The hotel is situated in a location, the old town centre is approximately 5-10 minute walk with near by amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The staff were very receptive, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay especially Ms gizem wonderful women with a beautiful smile. I gave 2 stars for room only because the bed had bed bugs, I got bitten multiple times, I did complain but they couldn't give me a different room as all was booked so I had to sleep on hard floor for one night, next morning the wonderful Ms gizem had a different room ready for me which I am very appreciative and thankful.

Would highly recommend staying at this hotel, the staff were very receptive, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The lady at the reception was very helpful in arranging tours for us and when we had to cancel one of our tours, she was very understanding of the reasoning why we wanted to cancel and didn't make it any difficult. Although we paid for the tour in cash pre hand we ended up getting a full refund. The hotel is situated in a location, the old town centre is approximately 5-10 minute walk with near by amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Thank you so much to Ahmet and his team for making our stay very enjoyable.

Just want to begin by saying watch out for your belongings in this place, don't leave anything in the rooms. And the sea view is a scam and you can barely even see it from the room so don't even bother with that. Service is not that great and beware the water might just run out on you while you are taking a shower or using the toilet. Don't stay at this hotel and look for someplace else that is better.

This hotel is uncontrollably disgusting, there have been multiple guests with stolen items including me, and invesitigation is still ongoing for our case. Not only were our belongings stolen, but the water ran out on all guests while we were there and this is not the first time that has happened, and theyre service is decent at best. Please think twice before booking at this hotel. They will also have the audacity to reply to this review with the same exact copied message saying that they have a police report and whatnot as you can see with all the other victims of these thieves but it is a meaningless trick.
