First of all, location was terrible, above of two banks, difficult to get parking at daytime, spent me 1hours more to get parking. The room! Smell bad, you can feel that the blanket haven’t change before since used by many customers, blanket smell cover all over the room. Tower with dirt mark placing together with floor mat. Drinking water in glass bottle provide by hotel, I guess it just a display, you can clearly see the dirt at the bottom of water like placing there already hundreds of years.

Horrible experience!!! Very dirty (bathtub /towel / blanket) - photo attached. Close eyes also cant use. Too dirty - Highway just beside the hotel, the vehicle sounds is VERY LOUD. Totally cant sleep. It just like putting a speaker in your room. Crazy.

Not sure for other type of room but Family Quad is bad to choose, too small for family of four (if you don't mind with super small room then ok) and some of the facilities is not good like fan in bathroom is not working, aircon not cold enough even the temperature is set to lowest, hair dryer seem a bit dangerous coz the sound when on it a bit weirdo and etc. The only good things is the distance to Sunway pyramid.

Hotel service is poor, rooms are not clean. There is a lot of hair on the bed and so on. The water on the table was drunk, and the cup was still filled with water, and the cup was not washed. The toilet 🚽 is dirty. The air conditioner is not cold. No extra room card. Sound insulation is very poor. Generally speaking, the room is left to the next customer without being cleaned up. Do not recommend this hotel 👎👎

Don’t book this Hotel, WORST HOTEL EVER !!! 1) Hotel Lift was down for a long time, and they seems to let it be. The staff told us the lift broken lift not working for more than 2 years and we have to carry our heavy 4 luggages by using stairs to reach the hotel lobby at level 3rd floor !! 2) No reception attended, no phone call answered… No receptionist at hotel all the time. Need to call or whatsapp every time we need to check in or etc. 3) Another weird thing is the walkways to rooms have a lot unnecessary small stairs. If someone with wheelchair definitely not able to enter the rooms. Not elderly friendly hotel. 4) Rooms are not clean. There is a lot of hair on the bed and so on !! 5) There was no pillow case on our pillows !! and the pillows are full of stains (eg: salive mark & beverage mark !!) 6) Fridge is not working at all and so smelly !! 7) Kettle have water that previous customer leave !! 8) This SKYE Hotel does not provide us Air Conditioner Remote in our room. We requested for the remote but the staff refuse to give us the remote and he told us he had set the air conditioner temperature, no need remote controller. At the end, my family and I could not sleep well for whole night because the air cond is too cold, the fan speed of air cond is too high so wind is too strong cause noises that affect our sleep whole night. Definitely one of the worst hotel experience in my life !!!
