This hotel was not what we expected it to be for the price we paid. We got a package deal to stay at hotel and go to water park which was great. We had spent months planning this trip and we absolutely loved the water park but we would not ever recommend this hotel to another family. The rooms were not in the shape I would expect, we didn’t have hot water for a long time. The phone didn’t work the beds had like little sheets and one of our beds had one pillow. Then the courtyard on a family movie night was full of hockey parents drinking and partying. I voiced my frustration to the hotel staff three times and same story “we are sorry for your experience and we hope next time you come your experience is better” That is absolutely insane, I have never stayed at a hotel that they didn’t seem To care about your concerns. Even saying well you could have asked for more blankets and pillows. The location is perfect and being able to go right to the water park and not even have to go outside is awesome but the hotel needs some updates and changing. Not worth the money at all.

Checking takes longer than expected in case you are waiting for check in time to use the waterpark..it's probably worth picking up the passes early. The staff were great and working as quickly as possible, there were just lots of people coming in at the same time. Courtyard room is quite noisy but to be expected with a family friendly hotel. I'd stay again.

Parking = confusing. Paid across the street. They advertise the water park access at 1pm. But yet they won’t check you into your room before 4pm. So no convenient. Water park was great. Rooms are what you expect. Walking distance is great to many activities.

I’ll start with the positives: great location, easy early check in, and friendly check in my Ian at the front desk, staff were very friendly when interacting in the hotel. Now unfortunately the negatives: parking was very hard to find (not sure how we managed to find a spot tbh) but an automatic charge, courtyard area seemed nice until late at night when people hung out there and could easily be heard from our room keeping us and our young son awake at night, curtains not fully attached to the hooks and therefore lack of privacy from the courtyard area, cleanliness of the room was not great and musty/mouldy smell was gross, and coffee maker did not work (although I was iffy about drinking one anyways as things didn’t seem very clean). The price seemed like a good deal comparative to other hotels connected with the water park when I was booking, however upon check out the price seemed to climb not making it much of a deal at all. My 5 year old loved the stay, so that was the take away, that and next time I will book another location.

We paid an almost $900 for two nights (not including breakfast or parking). The beds had nothing but small sheets and hard pillows. The room was small and very dated. Anyone anyone on our floor used the water our toilet started running loudly. We had a group of parents getting drunk in the courtyard until 3am while their children banged on doors and ran and screamed. The beds were so u comfortable and they didn’t provide immunities in the bathroom. No shampoo, just “body wash” (basically hand soap) and no conditioner at all. I will not stay here again.
