So management has asked me to clarify on what happened. Because they clearly couldn't bother to investigate. Our room was 1512 And since you (management) asked me, here is what your staff did: My personally designed clothes were stolen. These where all one of a kind I was working on. They were worth over $100 each. My commissioned paintings were also stolen, also $150+ each. Personal letters and diaries had been ripped open and destroyed. Precious jewellery had also been taken. We asked for our belongings, and all you could do was shrug and say "It all got lost". We gave you a week to recover these items, or else we would have our EU lawyers involved for theft of personal belongings and valuable artwork. You all seemed to not give a care. Please help to recover my artwork and fashion designs. If you deny this, we will definitely take serious legal action. As a side note, it was made very clear to you that we were on holiday and would pay rent within 1-2 days. You said it was absolutely fine and there would be no negative consequences. We paid on time, and this is what happened. My husband and I arrived to a fully ransacked apartment. There were cigarette butts everywhere, and it was clear that people had been sleeping our bed. Disgusting! And how dare you?! Where's your responsibility and respect? Please at least recover my artworks. I'm very serious about this.
