Booking is bad, but cancelling is the real nightmare. There is absolutely no customer service to speak of. I have emailed the company a dozen times, called numerous times. Nothing. The phone is probably fake, no-one answers at any given time of the day. The website contact form is totally useless. You don't get nothing back, not even an auto reply. Should this company dare to charge me, I will sue them to the fullest legal amount possible. What a freakshow. The worst experience ever. Why didn't I book with the Hylitt Hotel again? Only god knows.

Staying with small children I booked the arizona flat apartment because i read reviews it was child friendly. The apartment itself was fine but i would definitely not recommend booking this when you travel with children. There is no baby bed available. ALL night long there was music and parties and noise from first a festival and later the neighbors. It was very hot but we couldnt open windows because of the music. Also, the check in is without seeing anyone so there is no control of whom is renting this apartments and the noise. We needed to walk 4 very steep narrow stairs with suitcases and a trolley of the baby. So if you are in your twenties and you want to party this is the right location.

No screens on the windows and no thermostat so we had to choose between flies and stifling heat. Our room was directly above a bar that played loud music. Step, narrow steps that looked likethey haven't been swept in ageswith no working elevator. The place was spaciousand needs comfortable. The inside was clean.
