Spent three nights at this hotel. Receptionist mentioned that we had received an upgrade for our double room. We were very pleased - clean and comfortable. Great shower and heating we could alter ourselves - bearing in mind we stayed in January during some cold nights. Had one issue with our room safe which was fixed within ten minutes after reporting to reception. Only thing for me would have been coffee/tea making facilities. We did not try the breakfastl. Great location for visiting Milan attractions and taking train to Lake Como.

I was staying at this hotel 3 nights and I can say it's a very nice and enjoyable hotel. Room and bathroom was cleaned every day, new and well decorated. Young people working at reception are kind and helpful. It has great location close to railway station, metro and shuttle buses station. There were no traffic noises from outside to hear. I didn't liked breakfast room that was in basement, but food drinks and coffee were great. I would definitely stay again at this hotel when visiting Milan.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Milan! The location is super, and the rooms are not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Milan.

Great location! It is right by the central station which is easy to travel to many locations. The room is nice and big, lovely for taking pictures. The bed is also very comfortable, we had an amazing sleep. The staff were also so lovely! They put cake and Prosecco in the room to celebrate my friends birthday and upgraded us which was a lovely surprise. A big shout out to Matteo who was so lovely and made our stay even better! Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again very soon!

The hotel location is perfect because it is near the train station and the bus station for transfer to the airports. Also the subway is near hotel which is perfect. In that area are a lot of good restaurants, hotels and shops. The hotel was nice, modern and clean. I don't know how 4-star hotels are classified in Italy, but in my country (Romania) this hotel would have 3 stars.
