Nice hotel. Everything looks new. Simple concept. Self check in and tax payment using machine. You need to enter the passcodes given by the hotel to enter hotel entrance and your room. Hotel looks clean. There is always staff at hotel to help. Just knock the door of the room behind check-in counter if you have any problems. Nice room with clean bathroom. I like it. Please read all info provided by the hotel inside the drawer. Info includes usage of aircon, tv, towel change, bed sheet change, garbage collection, etc. Washing machine and drier are provided at ground floor. Free to use by guests.

So bad experience. We stayed in non smoking room but smoke comes from the neighbor and my pregnant partner had to vomit from the morning. We asked to change the room and they said they will charge extra and that it’s not their problem. No human at reception you have to talk on the phone. When checking in they will charge 200yen per person per night for tourist tax witch I never heard of though I’m Japanese. The staff I talked was super unfriendly, they were talking to me as if I’m a bad claimer or something. Highly unrecommended.

This is the same hotel as "M's INN OMIYA KRIGANE (GRAND JAPANING HOTEL OMIYA KARIGANE)". Location is great, building is new and modern. Everything is supposed to work digital: first entry (use code from mail sent to you), check-in (iPad at the reception), city taxes (machine at the reception accepting only cash), check-out (iPad), opening doors (multiple PINs), etc. Of course, none of this worked out of the box, and you can call yourself lucky if there is somebody around to help you. Rooms looked clean when we arrived, but there is no room service unless you pay extra. Towels replacements are ordered over phone during business hours. Needless to say that on our last day we had a big black bug in our room.
