The hotel is big in size but they dont care what happens when you stay with them, The rooms are dirty, the air con was not working, the climate was so harsh that the room barely had a fan. Without an ac it was hard to sit around. After more than 30 hours into the stay it was fixed. The food menu was average for the breakfast. The lobby did not have a lively look. It has a certificate of B grade in hygine displayed in the lobby.

It was my frist visit at Smiling Angkor hotel Siem Reap. Quite big hotel, almost have all Facilities for a tourist. Room quite big & clean. Staff are very much helpful & active, always smiling. They wonderful swimming pool. 24 hours customer service also available. Breakfast quite good but asusal my advice to keep some menu specially for Indian sub continent guest if they want these nationality guest in their hotel. Wish to visit again.
