A very comfortable hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and polite. Reasonably good choice of tasty breakfast. As we enjoy walking, Pub street and the surrounding shops, markets were under 10 mins walking distance. Highly recommended.

Lovely place. Beautiful, clean and spacious room (Executive Room King Bed with Pool Access), nice pool and top notch service. Just wonderful. It is also very close to the city center, night market etc. Not sure yet where to stay in Siem Reap? Give it try, you won't be disappointed - promised.

This location was our third one on the itinerary, but it definitely is number one in our hearts. The staff are amazing and friendly to the point they put effort to remembering my wife's name and my own. The rooms are kept well, but the only down I saw was the towels look ready for retirement. Breakfast is simple and straightforward nothing to rave about. The coffee at the restaurant is well made and strong for those early mornings. Just an fyi the restaurant will not be open when you do a sunrise tour of the Ankor Wat; however, they do provide to-go if you give them a heads up the day before. All in all the cleanliness and design of the room are great, but the staff is really were this hotel shines. PS. Tip your staff!!!

We were a bit doubtful due to most hotels in Siem reap having excessively high reviews but, in all fairness, the Palace Hotel & Spa was the best hotel we stayed in during our holiday in Asia. Main pros: -professional and super friendly staff. They will do whatever they can to make you enjoy your stay and they are a valid support in organising your activities in Siem Reap / Angkor Wat -Very big, comfortable and modern room (there are different room types so make sure that you book the type you prefer) -Lovely, clean, relaxing swimming pool -Lovely, fresh breakfast Definitively reccomended!
