The hotel room is spacious and location is convenient nearby to the nambu train station and bus stops around the hotel. There are also many restaurants 1 -2 blocks around. Hotel staff are very helpful and attentive. Very often, I can hear heavy thumping foot steps from the room above. Also loud music from other rooms but hotel staff attended to it very quickly. My 7 weeks stay at this hotel had been excellent and I will definitely stay there again.

The light in the lobby was too dark like a cave, the room seemed remodeled ten years ago. Especially, the wooden furniture was not valuable. There are more events that you don't want to know about. The water valve was non-sense. The front called me around 9 pm and asked me to turn the shower valve around to the other side. The reason was that the next-door room's shower valve does not work because my room's valve. That does not make sense at all, but I did what they asked. At 8-9 pm, my husband asked about the breakfast for the next morning, the employee in the lobby just said "it's too late to ask." No more explaining or guidance for any other options. Just that's it. I've stayed at more than 100 hotels all around the world and never heard like this. Last, I forgot to take my hair iron when I checked out. When I found out that I lost it in the hotel the next morning at 8 am, I called them. They said it may be taken by their employee or the other guest who stayed right after me. Well, yea. If the room server did not report my hair iron, shouldn't it be her/him? They cannot avoid seeing my stuff because it was right beside the tub. One other tip, the subway near this hotel does not have an elevator, so if you need to take a subway, you don't want to stay near here. You have to take a taxi or bus to carry your carrier. If you have to take a subway, you should take your carrier to the stairs. I took taxis all the time and I'll never come around this hotel ever.

What an unique hotel! I’ve never stayed somewhere like this before. I heard about this hotel first because of the penthouse that featured an indoor pool. The lobby had an iPad full of choices of each of the different types of rooms to offer. Walking into the lobby was such an interesting experience, the curtain at the front felt as if I was entering a new world, especially the dark elevator. I’m personally a big fan of dark elements and appreciated small details like this. I stayed in the “Illusion Room” which featured a cool experience and bathtub in the bedroom area. The first night I realized I forgot my moisturizer and saw that the hotel provided face moisturizer as well as a face toner! They even provided face wash, hair wax, and more! I am for sure staying here again when I visit Seoul.
