The room was large and clean. Great location. ATM and convenience store right there. Staff is awesome. Great customer service. We had a small issue with hot water not being available a few times. We were there for 4 weeks so not an issue. Highly recommend this hotel. We would stay here again.

I had lots of problems with my stay here, the only reason I didn't rate it lower is because it was cheaper than other places, so there is a degree that you get what you pay for. The staff are very unhelpful and will not do anything they say they will. They will place you in a room based on how long you are staying (longer stay= worse room) There is a problem with moisture, the first room I stayed in on the 5th floor was unbearably bad. You could see moisture halfway up the walls and mold on the bedding. After 2-3 days I was moved to a new room on the 4th floor, where there is construction and on the 3rd floor as well. No weights in the gym = useless except cardio, buffet only if there are 30+ guests, rooftop patio, not as pictured. Overall would not recommend staying or making sure to stay above floor 10 for short stays.

We had a wonderful stay. When it come to price vs quality there's no beating this hotel. It's not a western standards 4 star hotel but has all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Where this hotel really shines is location. It's within walking distance from the beach, great bars and restaurants, massage parlours and even has a little store right next to it. The hotel also has a gym and sunbathing spot on the roof with a great view. There's also a great laundry service in the street next to it. Staff was very friendly, room cleaning with fresh towels daily. If you're a budget traveler looking for a affordable hotel on a great location I highly recommend SoCo Hotel Da Nang.

I stayed 10 nights (extended from 7). Good location 2 minutes walk to a lovely beach. Lots of nice cheap places to eat nearby. The room is big and spacious. Comfy beds. 24/7 reception. Kettle and fridge in the room. Lovely view at the top of the building. Small but usable gym also on the roof. Rooms cleaned to a high standard daily. For the price and the standards and location it's worthy of 5 stars. Only thing they didn't have was an iron!

Disastrous experience with the man next door trying to kill himself by jumping out of the window . Staff members acted horribly, they tried to cheat about the complaint forms and they charged me 100 K for a bloody key that I lost . Since 2017 my worst experience in Vietnam. Noisy rooms with ongoing work I couldn't conduct 2 online meetings . AVOID this place , there are many better around and with a rooftop pool.
