I thought this was Great centrally located upscale hotel. I recommend booking this stay with the option to include breakfast. The breakfast, Rooftop bar and salt water pool were highlights. The service as great I even liked that the pool was staffed and someone brought my drink to the pool and grabbed my towel when I exited the pool. The Rooftop bar has sweeping views of the city and was nice on the evening. The room had amenities like Rob and slippers, Bluetooth speakers which I loved.

The best service you can get in CDMX. Amenities include a heated saltwater pool, a skyview gym, and amazing views. The rooms are spotless and the neighborhood is also safe and conveniently located. Spring for a suite if you can — they’re well worth it.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at sofital, it is another level of luxury. From the absolutely gorgeous rooms, to the well kept pool / changing rooms, and delicious restaurants, everything was perfect. There were constantly surprises around every corner in the level of service, even down to a kids meal that was sent with flowers and lemonade with a dried lemon in it. The stay was an absolute highlight of our Mexico trip and will be something to dream about returning to soon.

Amazing hotel with great food, service and amenities! The massage facility here Id also great! Went here for my honeymoon and I was not disappointed! They turn your room at least twice a day, it’s clean and comfortable! Note: be mindful of what you order through room service, one day it doesn’t cost anything for milk for you coffee and the other they charge a bit! Maybe I shouldn’t asked first about the price.

Amazing hotel. Probably one of the most sexiest chic new hotels in the world. It is brand new. The service is spectacular. Concierge beforehand were attentive. The pool is a must. Tip: book “the best table in the house on the patio” at the rooftop Cityzen weeks before your stay ;) We upgraded to the premium suite, which was well worth the money. Huge room. Amazing decor. Spectacular view. Love the wireless charging stations and bluetooth sound system! Careful in Mexico City. I know the risks of Mexico City and try to take as much precaution as possible. However, I was pickpocketed and had my iPhone stolen. On a positive note, the hotel and their security team was very attentive to my theft. Lots of unscrupulous people hanging around (literally sitting right at the gate) at night and that didn’t feel so good….
