Very centrally located boutique hotel a few minutes walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, metro stations, shops and restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights after our cruise and this was a perfect base to explore more of Rome and the countryside. Although our room was small by US standards, it was modern, clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely gracious, warm and accommodating. She made contact weeks prior to our arrival and provided arrangements for our cruise transfer to this hotel, as well as to 5 other hotels that our friends were staying at, as well as airport transfer at the end of our stay. She also provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely love to stay again next time we're back in Rome.

Perfect little boutique hotel for our long weekend in Rome! Location was a quick walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, so many restaurants and a bunch of shopping. We weren’t looking for a resort experience…we just needed a convenient, clean and comfortable place to sleep. The room was pretty quiet at night. The owner was so sweet, super accommodating and quick to respond to texts. She was also able to schedule our transportation to the airport last minute when our original plans fell through. Will definitely be back!!

Such a special find in the heart of Rome. This small boutique hotel was perfect for our weekend in Rome. The host was delightful, the room so nicely designed in a minimalist style, it was clean and super quiet. A short walk to sites and many options for food and shopping nearby. We highly recommend this place.

We stayed for 4 nights and were very underwhelmed. Location is good. Room and bathroom are very small and dark. The part that was most disappointing - on day 2 we asked for a fresh towel and they refused, saying that they only change towels every 3 nights. Even though I've already put a towel on the floor - they just picked the dirty towel off the floor and hanged it back up for us to use - very bizarre.....Water pressure in the shower was not great either.

· Best location you could ask for. .Near to the Trevi Fountain, close to the Spanish Steps and the main street Amazing and homely place! Clean, large rooms. The best choice I made on the trip. Bonus: the owner is amazing! She helped us with everything, recommended places and was the most caring and nicest person ever! I have no doubt that if I return to Rome, I will return there.
